Infosign offers a variety of hardware to deliver a complete solution. All customer requirements are different so we have a number of options to suit your sign in location. Our windows based technology includes corporate & industrial options, all accompanied with optional devices including ID scanners, passport scanners, QR code readers, web cameras, mag swipe & NFC readers . We also work with a number of builders & reception designers so if you need a site visit or consultation prior we are happy to accommodate and avoid any surprises on the day of install.
Our systems are delivered as plug and play, so we can have a tech attend to install or assist remotely. Comprehensive training is provided for both front of house staff and management. Ongoing refresher training is also included as part of your maintenance agreement.

We also offer comprehensive onsite training during the install process with remote refresher training also available. When it comes to networking your solution, Infosign offers a number of alternatives giving you secure and easy access to data and reporting. For small organisations , Infosign can network your sign in terminal to an existing in house PC.
For medium to large sized organisations, Infosign can be installed on existing virtual servers, giving access to multi users within your network environment. We can also with with your Cloud Solution, allowing you to access your data external to your own network. All Infosign software is securely encrypted and provided with 2FA.
